A buyer is being sought for the site of the former Our Lady's Hospital in Ennis.

The hospital, which opened in 1868 and closed in 2002, sits on a 16.65 acre site on the Gort Road on the outskirts of the county town.
The site also has conditional planning permission to allow for the construction of a Healthcare facility, as well as other associated works.
The site is being sold by auctioneers Savills, who may sell it in more than one lot and have attached a total guide price of 1.25 million euro on the property.
