The former US Secretary of State announced in April that she was seeking the democratic nomination for the 2016 election.
She's holding a rally in Roosevelt Island in New York this afternoon, to set out further details of her manifesto.
Meanwhile, a group of Irish Democrats met in Dublin this morning to celebrate the start of the campaign.
Among those was Irish American lawyer and Hillary Clinton supporter Brian O'Dwyer.
