Six people have appeared in court in County Mayo, charged with assault at the Aras Attracta care home for people with disabilities.

An investigation was launched into the care home after an RTE Prime Time documentary raised concerns about the standard of care at the facility.
The six staff members – five women and one man – appeared before Swinford District Court sitting in Ballina this morning.
All six cases were put back for mention to a date in July.
