Fáilte Ireland together with Shannon Airport and Aer Lingus have launched a newly branded ‘Wild Atlantic Way’ Aer Lingus Boeing 767 aircraft which will fly on the route between Boston and Shannon over the next 12 weeks.
This will bring around 7,000 passengers across the atlantic.
Junior Tourism minister, Michael Ring has welcomed the initiative and hopes this will persuade visitors to jump on a plane and come experience it for themselves.
