Birmingham claim they will continue with legal procedings against Aston Villa over their approach for newly appointed manager Alex McLeish.
Villa confirmed this morning that the Scot has been given a three year contract at Villa Park with immediate effect.

Birmingham had previously released a statement accusing their rivals of ‘tapping up’ McLeish.
