Clare Hurling fans are being warned not to expect another easy win over Limerick when the sides do battle once more in Saturday’s National League Division 1B Final.
Davy Fitzgerald’s team return to the Gaelic Grounds six weeks on from the Banner’s 14 point win over the Treatymen in the opening round of the competition.
Since then, both teams have won each of their four games and the Clare side say they’re expecting a tight battle this weekend.
Clare Captain and O’Callaghans Mills man Pat Donnellan said “Limerick have an awful lot of work done in the past 6 weeks and it will be a lot more even the next day and we know that they’ll be twice as motivated as we will be after giving them a beating the last time.
