Clohessy set to line out for McGrath Cup Clash

Alan Clohessy is likely to make his first appearance in a Clare jersey this Sunday for the McGrath cup q-final with Cork in Pairc Ui Rinn.

The Liscannor forward is set to start against the 2010 All Ireland champions with David Tubridy unlikely to play due to a groin injury.

Miltown defender Graham Kelly may be fit to play some part start despite a back injury sustained in the win over UL last weekend.

Cork hammered Clare in their last meeting in the championship but selector with the rebel county Ger O Sullivan says that will have no bearing on Sunday :

O’Neill missed the bulk of last year with a cruciate injury while Canty has carried a long term hamstring injury, Canty starts at centre back while O’Neill is in at corner forward.
