Clare hurling manager Davy Fitzgerald is playing down any suggestion of a row with John Mullane following yesterday’s Munster semi final loss to Waterford.

The corner forward celebrated his side’s 2-17 to 1-18 win over Clare in front of the Banner managment but the Sixmilebridge boss said afterwards he had no issue with the De la salle man.
The ex Waterford boss also told reporters that Mullane may have been told untruths about Fitzgerald in the lead up to the game
