Ennis boxing club are set to celebrate their 50th anniversary this weekend with a specially orgainised tournament this Saturday.
Over 14 bouts have been orgainesed with top biling given to the Light Middle contest between European Bronze medalist Keelan Sexton and Munster Champ Jim Keenan from the Our Lady of Lourdes club in Limerick.

Saturday’s showcase will see Sally Carrig and Antoinette Keane from Ennis both in action in front of a home crowd for the very first time.
