Kilkishen’s Sean Hehir says he’s hoping to build on the experience of representing his country.

The Clare man finished in 52nd position of over 90 starters in snowy conditions at the European Cross-Country Championships in Budapest on Sunday.
It was his first opportunity to represent Ireland at this level, and Hehir’s hopeful it will stand to him going forward.
