Ireland have jumped two places to sixth in the I.R.B world rankings following Saturdays 15-6 over Australia at the World cup in New Zealand.
The victory puts Ireland in pole position in Pool C with games against Russia and Italy to come, both Paul O’Connell and Gordon D’Arcy picked up hamstring strains during Saturdays win and may miss the next match with the Russians on Sunday.
