Mario Balotelli scored both goals for the Italians in the first half while Mezut Ozil (pr: Mezz-it Oh-zill) grabbed an injury time penalty for Germany.
Italy will play Spain in Sundays final – the two sides drew 1-1 earlier in the tournament.
