Limerick Hurling Manager John Allen admits his team face an ‘uphill battle’ in their Division 1B Final clash with Clare on Saturday.
Limerick and Clare go head to head at the Gaelic Grounds, six weeks after Banner fans left the same venue delighted with a 14 point win over their near rivals.
Another win on Saturday will see Clare achieve promotion to Division 1A of the National League, and Limerick’s hopes will be boosted with John Allen saying he’s hopeful injury doubts Conor Allis and Tom Condon will play.
Despite that, he’s preparing for a difficult battle.
