Waterford through to Munster final after thriller against Limerick

Waterford are through to the Munster hurling final after a thrilling victory over Limerick at Semple Stadium.

Teenager Kevin Downes scored a brace of goals for Limerick, who held a two point lead in the closing stages.

But John Mullane once-again came to Waterford’s rescue.

The talismanic forward scored the second of his two goals in injury-time for clinch victory by 3-15  to 3-14
